Our Naran Shogran honeymoon package is a private six-day trip for a married couple, starting from Lahore. You have your own car and driver for all six days, with three nights in Naran and two in Shogran.
The driver collects you in Lahore early on the first morning, or in Islamabad or Rawalpindi if that is easier, and you reach Naran by the evening after stops at the Mansehra viewpoint and Kiwai Waterfall. The next two days are spent around Naran: a jeep up to Lake Saif-ul-Malook, then a drive past Lulusar Lake to Babusar Top at 4,173 m.
On day four you move down the valley to Shogran, a small resort on a forested ridge at about 2,360 m that is much calmer than Naran. A second jeep takes you up to the Siri Paye meadows the next day, and on day six you drive home to Lahore.
The price covers the car and driver, both jeeps, five nights in A-category hotels with a room for the two of you, and all tolls. It is PKR 85,000 per person, which comes to PKR 170,000 for the couple.

Times are a guide and can shift with the road and the weather.
Your driver picks you up from home in Lahore early in the morning and takes the M-2 to Islamabad. Couples who live in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or who fly in from Karachi, can be collected there at about 8 am instead. From Islamabad we take the Hazara Motorway through the Abbottabad tunnels, stop at the Mansehra viewpoint and take a short break at Kiwai Waterfall near Balakot. The last part of the road follows the Kunhar River up to Naran. Check in at the hotel, and in the evening you can walk through Naran Bazaar. Night in Naran.
After breakfast you switch to a local jeep for the ride up to Lake Saif-ul-Malook, about half an hour from Naran on a rough track. Take your time at the lake for photos and a walk along the shore before the jeep brings you back down. Have dinner at the hotel or in the bazaar. Night in Naran.
After breakfast we drive north from Naran along the Kunhar, stop at Lulusar Lake and carry on to Babusar Top, the 4,173 m pass at the head of the Kaghan Valley. You get time at the top for tea and photos, then we drive back down to Naran for dinner and a third night at the same hotel. The Babusar road usually opens in mid-June.
After breakfast we check out and drive down the valley to Kiwai, then up the hairpin road to Shogran, arriving at about 12 pm. Once you have checked in, walk through the pine forest and past the Governor House on the ridge. Dinner and night in Shogran.
After breakfast a jeep takes you up from Shogran to Siri Paye, about an hour on a rough track. The meadows are open grass with a small lake, and on a clear day you can see Makra Peak and Malika Parbat. There are no hotels at the top, so you come back down to Shogran in the afternoon. Night in Shogran.
After breakfast we leave Shogran and drive down to Balakot, with an optional stop at Kiwai Waterfall and a short break by the Kunhar River. If you live in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or are flying out from there, the driver drops you there. Otherwise we carry on down the M-2 to Lahore, which takes eight to nine hours in all from Shogran.

Yes. You travel in your own car with a driver, and you do not share the car or the plan with anyone else. The hotel room is for the two of you.

Yes. The driver can collect you from home in Lahore or in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. If you are flying in from Karachi or another city, we can meet you in Islamabad. Private tours can start from any city in Pakistan: tell us where you are when you book and we will plan the pickup from there.
No. The price covers the car, hotels, jeeps and tolls. You pay for meals as you go, at the hotel or in the bazaar, so you can choose where to eat.
Yes. Both jeep rides are in the price: Lake Saif-ul-Malook from Naran, and Siri Paye from Shogran. Ordinary cars cannot manage either track.
The road over Babusar Top usually opens in mid-June and stays open until late September or early October, depending on snow. If you travel in late May or early June, the pass may still be closed.
We book A-category hotels in Naran and Shogran based on availability for your dates and confirm the names a few days before you travel.
A 30% advance confirms your booking. Cancel more than 7 days before departure and we refund 75% of what you paid; 5 to 7 days before, we refund 50%. Cancellations in the last 4 days, and no-shows, are not refunded.
