Our Naran Kaghan luxury tour, 3 days and 2 nights from Lahore, follows the same route as our standard trip but puts you in executive rooms. It is still a group tour of up to 22 people, so you get the better rooms without paying for a private car.
We leave Lahore at 11 pm in a Toyota Coaster, collect guests in Islamabad around 3 am and have breakfast in Balakot or Kiwai on the way up. We reach Naran around 11 am. After three hours of rest, jeeps take the group up to Lake Saif-ul-Malook, with no more than 6 people in each jeep. The evening is dinner, a walk in Naran Bazaar and a BBQ and bonfire at the hotel.
Day two is for Lulusar Lake and Babusar Top, the 4,173 m pass at the head of the valley, with a second night in Naran. On day three we leave at 9 am and get back to Lahore around 11 pm.
The price covers two nights in executive rooms in Naran, three breakfasts, two dinners, the lake jeep, mineral water, medical first aid and a tour guide. Rooms are shared by 3 to 4 people, and couples can book a room of their own.

The coaster leaves Lahore at 11 pm from Thokar Niaz Baig or Barkat Market and makes a short stop at Bhera. At about 3 am we collect guests in Islamabad, then stop at the Mansehra viewpoint. Breakfast is around 8 am in Balakot or Kiwai, and we check in to the executive rooms in Naran at about 11 am. After three hours to rest, the group moves into jeeps, 6 people to a jeep, for the drive up to Lake Saif-ul-Malook. We are back at the hotel by 6 pm. Dinner is served at 8 pm, there is time for Naran Bazaar at 9 pm, and the bonfire starts at 10 pm.
After breakfast at 8 am we head north along the Kunhar River, through Besal to Lulusar Lake for a stop, then climb to Babusar Top at 4,173 m. There is time for photos and tea at the top before we drive back down. Dinner and the night are in Naran. The Babusar road normally opens in mid-June and stays open until late September or early October, depending on snow.
Breakfast is at 8 am and the coaster leaves Naran at 9 am. We drive down through Balakot to Islamabad, where guests from Islamabad get off, stop at Bhera on the motorway and reach Lahore around 11 pm.

The difference is the hotel and the food: you stay in executive rooms at a better hotel in Naran and eat from a better menu. Mineral water and medical first aid are included, and each jeep to Saif-ul-Malook carries no more than 6 people.

Yes. We pick up Islamabad guests around 3 am on the way north, and the price is the same, PKR 19,000 per person. The pickup point is near the motorway or GT Road so the coaster stays on its route, and we share the exact spot with booked guests before departure.

The road over Babusar Top usually opens in mid-June and stays open until late September or early October, depending on snow. In some years it stays closed until July, so ask us about the road before booking an early June date.
We book executive rooms in Naran based on availability for your dates and send you the hotel name a few days before departure. Rooms are shared by 3 to 4 people unless you book a couple room.
A 30% advance confirms your seat. Cancel more than 7 days before departure and we refund 75% of what you paid; 5 to 7 days before, we refund 50%. Cancellations in the last 4 days, and no-shows, are not refunded.
