I travel with Pakistan Travel Diaries on 12th March to Kashmir. I was amazed with the services in Neelum Valley Tour Package that I opted for. Wonderful and satisfactory service π₯

Our Ratti Gali Lake tour, 3 days 2 nights from Lahore, is the shortest trip we run to the lake. It is a group trip in a Toyota Coaster, with one night in Keran and one in Kutton.
We leave Lahore at 11 pm, pick up Islamabad guests on the way and cross into Azad Kashmir at Kohala Bridge. After breakfast at Pattika we drive up the Neelum Valley past Dhani Waterfall to Keran, which sits on the Line of Control.
Day two is the lake day. We drive to Dowarian, take a jeep for about two hours to the base camp and walk for roughly an hour to Ratti Gali Lake, at about 3,700 m. In the evening we drive to Kutton for a BBQ and a bonfire. On day three we stop at Kutton Waterfall and head for Lahore, arriving around 11:30 pm.
Two nights in hotels, breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary, the Ratti Gali jeep, tolls and a tour guide are included. The jeep is part of the price, so there is no jeep fare to pay at Dowarian. Rooms are shared by 3 to 4 people.

Warm clothes even in summer, because nights in the upper Neelum Valley are cold. Bring walking shoes with a good grip, a cap, sunscreen and any medicines you take. Carry cash, since there are few ATMs, and a power bank, because mobile coverage is patchy after Athmuqam.
A 30% advance confirms your seat. Cancel more than 7 days before departure and we refund 75% of what you paid; 5 to 7 days before, we refund 50%. Cancellations in the last 4 days, and no-shows, are not refunded.
Two 4-day trips build on this route. One adds a jeep day in the Baboon Valley meadows above Kutton. The other stays in Keran and adds the cable car and walk up to Arang Kel.
